HEJDAY! is a music and arts festival that shines a spotlight on emerging artists by providing them with a platform to reach and engage with broader audiences, fostering their growth and visibility in the community. At the same time, it offers attendees an immersive and inspiring experience, where they can discover and connect with new talent, creating a vibrant and enriching exchange for all participants.
Here´s a glimpse on what to expect:

HEJDAY! is a free event, but if you are feeling generous and want to support the incredible artists who make it all possible, we welcome any donations you´d like to make :)
You can help our up-and-coming artists to continue sharing their passion and creativity with the world via Swish, wire transfer or cash to the organizers. All contributions will be equally divided between the artists.

The first edition of HEJDAY! Music and Arts Festival will take place on September 28th at Buratino Teater:

Getting there from Göteborg Centralstation is easy!
By car:

There are various parking options in the area. Please plan in advance!
By public transportation:
Bus 17 to Östra Sjukhuset // Tram line 1 or 3 to Virginsgatan --> Bus stop Göteborg Häarlanda

Venue capacity is 150 people, therefore your timely RSVP (Before September 15th) is key to manage the capacity and ensure a fun and safe environment for all attendees!
We have an exciting line up of up-and-coming bands and artists participating at the first edition of HEJDAY!
Doors open at 15h. Each band has a 40min set followed by 20min break for food, drinks and mellanprat. Afterwards, party till you drop!
15.00h: Doors Open
16.00 - 16.40h: Band 1
17.00 - 17.40h: Band 2
18.00 - 18.40h: Band 3
19.00 - 19.40h: Band 4
19.40h: Party till you drop!
Visual and craft artists will be exhibiting their work throughout the whole evening. Feel free to engage with them and learn more about their work!

HEJDAY! aims to offer an engaging and inspiring experience for all, so you can expect your favorite artists to be mingling with the audience throughout the event. It´s all about creating memorable moments together, so feel free to engage in nice conversations, take pictures and even ask for autographs!

Hearing protection will be available at the festival . Feel free to grab a pair from the designated stations and safely enjoy the live music to the fullest!
A selection of food and drinks can be directly purchased from our guest vendor to keep you fueled and refreshed during the festival.
Certainly! Photos and videos are allowed and encouraged! Feel free to snap a lot of photos, take videos and capture all the great moments. Don´t forget to strike a pose with your friends, family and favorite artists and share your epic captures!
Of course! We´ve got some seats available, although they are limited.
Please make sure to come dressed in comfy shoes and clothing and remember to share the seats with fellow attendees who need them most. Let´s make sure everyone gets to enjoy the experience together!
Festival merchandise will be available for purchasing directly at the festival.
The safety and well-being of evryone at HEJDAY! is paramount. Our objective is for everyone to enjoy and have a great time!
Here are some tips to make the best out of the experience:
Arrive in good time - Remember that doors open at 15h. Plan your evening so you can enjoy all the bands and the art exhibitions while enjoying good food, drinks and mellanprat!
Get enough food, drink in moderation and stay hydrated - You can directly buy food and drinks from our guest vendor at the festival. They have everything you need!
Protect your ears - Hearing protection will be available at designated areas. Feel free to grab a pair if you need it
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes - It´s all about enjoying and having fun!
Share seats with people who need it most
Connect with others - Strike up conversations with fellow attendees and artists. Take photos and videos and share your experiences!
Take breaks - There will be breaks in between band shows, but feel free to take a seat or find a quiet spot to recharge, refresh or grab a snack whenever needed!
Do not bring bags or luggage - There are no lockers or storage rooms
Stay safe - Safety is the most important thing to keep in mind! Look out for each other and follow safety guidelines
Be considerate - We want everyone to enjoy themselves. Be mindful of others and keep the cool vibes!

If your plans change and you are unable to join us after RSVPing, simply let us know as soon as possible. We have a limited capacity at the venue, so this will help us to manage and ensure we can accommodate those who want to join. We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you at future events!
